LID Challenge Week 5/1 -5/7

This is my take on the LID challenge this week. I used  PS cart for the 49. Otherwise I used black cardstock and used a white marker and wrote all around the edges Happy Birthday to you, then put sm white polka dot paper with a punched border on the left side using MS punch, and used that punch again white the aqua border in the middle and the black and wite striped border on the right.Added a aqua ribbon down the middle of the white swirl paper. Matted the picture in 2 aqua colors like the 49 and a little bit of journaling.
