Pompei Ruins- Italy

I really like how this above 2 page layout turned out. I used several scrap papers that were in my stash that I thought really brought how the feel in these photos of the old cobble stone and colors. I torn edges and added several sub titles or saying with red arrow brads (to pull out her shirt color) and some other metal square brads. I matted all pics in grey cardstock and inked the edges in black

Now this above 2 page layout was quite interesting- as it took me along time to figure out what I was going to do with these photos..so I finally found this texture grey paper and a greenish grey paper and simple cut the paper in half and laid it on diagonally and same with the photos. I took white acrylic paint and a fan brush and did a dry brushing affect and then with black ink just touched a few areas in the middle and all the sides. I then with the white paint gave the photos mats by painting a sqiggle edge to them all. Added journal psot card for them to add there thought later. Very interesting layout/photos I must say! along with this last page of Ancient Rome- writing and paintings on the wall..again I didn't come up with to much for this page- might have to add something later when I figure something out- If you have any suggestions that would be great...
