Here is my take for the Sketches in Thyme challenge this week and again another few repeat photos for all the different albums I work on for all my kids- but at least they are all different layouts with all the sketch challenges that I do weekly. I used My Mind's Eye-Complete Boy stack and grey and white cardstock -very simple papers here- which makes it fun to do a layout in a short amount of time. Other materials used are; circle punch, stamps, silver glitter glue, misc stash sayings, fine glitter by Martha Stewart, red marker, pop dots and a sewing machine using blue thread.
On the left side border I used a circle punch to punch out the circles and add them to the right side of border strip with pop dots and then used the negative circle space and stamped an image in the middle of them with the grey cardstock showing through
