Here is my sketch this week to be entered in at Sketches in Thyme for their open challenge to do a layout using any sketch which is really easy to do. So my sketch is from this weeks challenge at Sassy Lil Sketches #68 of my dog Sammy who is no longer with us-and I don't have alot of photo's of her so this one is for my scrapbook-taken when she was about 12 years old- toward the end of her wonderful life.
All the papers used were K&I Memories, which I inked alot of the edges and made the flag banner added twine and cream colored brads in between each flag -added sticker alpha's for the Title "SAMMY". I made these cute yarn embellishments added a large brad to the center and wrote on them' What a Gal', added the black & white polka dot ribbon at the bottom with a little twist to the right side and I was done- I just love this simple looking page - I wanted the photo to stand out more than anything and it does. Oh- I miss her so.
