SOUS blog hop challenge

     I had such a great time doing the Blog Hop over at Stuck on U Sketches (SOUS)  last friday- its been awhile since I've joined one and I got so many great ideas and inspiration. They are celebrating  their 100th sketch along with the blog and this is what I came up with for the wonderful sketch. I am currently working on a Europe vacation scrapbook (with over 80 layouts) for a friend of mine -so my theme is not a valentine theme- but I did follow the sketch pretty good and made it work with my photo's.
Supplies I used:
background paper by Prima Marketing
grey and chocolate cardstock by Bazzill
Cricut cuts- Accent Essentials- which I put together with my Gypsy for the border frame
the scroll and book  from Heritage (?)
St Peter's- title were cricut cut on the grey cs.then-backed with chocolate cardstock
Rhinestones in gold
silver marker for dots
chalks
distressing tool for 12 x 12 edge
stamp by Penny Black
black marker
