Here is my take for the sketch at Sassy Lil Sketches this week. Another green layout for me- love this color so I have lots of greens in my paper stash. So I thought I'd use some more of it on this layout of my son and me and my mother on his graduation day back in 2005.
I used papers by Jillibean, Paper Salon, K&Company and plain cardstock. Recollection and Marvy punches, ribbons, staples, pearls, CuttleBug and folders, and my own handmade flourishes.
Here is a close-up of the embossed butterfly with my CuttleBug and the handmade flourishes that I used a fabric paint in cream and made the dots on acetate and then trimmed real close to the design and attached with my Yes paste.
